We understand that you may need a refill from time to time. When calling the office @ (410) 465-7337, please have the name of the medication, the dosage schedule, the prescription number, and pharmacy phone number available. We reserve the right to decide if a re-evaluation of the patient is appropriate prior to renewing any long-standing medications.
For medications prescribed by other providers, please contact that provider directly for refills and questions.
New medications will not be prescribed over the phone.
Due to the overuse of antibiotics, many antibiotics have a diminished effectiveness for many common bacterial infections. We do not prescribe antibiotics for the common cold or other viral infections.
If your child is sick, we will only prescribe an antibiotic if we determine by history, examination and if necessary, laboratory tests, via in person visit that your child has a bacterial infection that will respond to an antibiotic.
